Few days later when I start the video editor software, a pop-up indicated there is an Updated version available (Movavi Video Editor Plus 20.1.0) prompted for a FREE update, and I thought that would fix the crash issue, so I downloaded and updated to the latest version. After I have purchased the paid version, first few video was fine, but then it started crash more and more often, especially when importing bigger files into the timeline. It did crash occasionally during the trial period but I was hoping the paid versions will perform better. Movavi V > I downloaded the Movavi Video Editor Plus 2020 and trial it for a few days, I like the interface and the ease of use.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled this program who knows how many times now and with the lack of customer service I'm beginning to wonder if I've been scammed. I've tried going through the download insurance email to ensure that I have the right versions for my computer and everything.
I purchased a year long subscription for the Movavi Video Editor Plus 2020 and when I used my newly purchased activation key my software locked me out and said my subscription had expired. Movavi V > Paid for my product almost a week ago and still have not been able to use it. So be aware that if you want to post your slideshow to something other than YouTube, Apple devices may have problems connecting. mp4 file created in Slideshow Maker Plus with FFmpeg, the file worked and allowed Apple devices to play the slideshow. Movavi support never responded to our request for support. mp4 slideshow file on our website, Apple devices could not play the slide show.
